Consumer Satisfaction With Cable, Internet Service Providers Drops Again

The Motley Fool - 5/24/2018 - Daniel B. Kline - People like their cable companies and internet service providers (ISP) less than they did last year -- and they didn't like them very much then either. In the American Customer Satisfaction Index's (ACSI) recently released 2018 telecommunications report, the overall score for the ISP category fell to an all-time low, while that for subscription television services (cable and satellite) dropped to an 11-year low.
