Job openings little changed, but hires rise for fourth straight month

MarketWatch - 2/7/2017 - Andrea Riquier - Improvements are increasingly incremental as the economy nears full employment. Job openings were little changed in December, but hires continued a multi-month winning streak, as economic growth powers on. There were 5.5 million job openings on the last day of December, the Labor Department said Tuesday (https://www.bls.gov/news.release/jolts.nr0.htm). That was essentially flat compared to November.
