New scam in Douglas County targeting school employees

KZEI.com - 1/5/2018 - Jessica Babb - The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents of a new scam sweeping the area after several school employees have been targeted. They said scammers have been calling people, claiming to be from the sheriff's office. Officials said scammers are using caller ID spoofing to make it appear as if the call is coming from local law enforcement or court offices.
