Forbes - 1/4/2018 - Liz Ryan - Dear Liz, I started my job in August of 2016. Before that I was at home for ten years, raising my kids. I was thrilled to get back into the paid workforce. I got a job with the county. It was a great job for the first year or more. I loved coming to work every day. It's not an entry-level job but it's fairly junior, because I had been out of the workforce for so long. I didn't mind coming back to a lower-level job than the jobs I used to have before I had kids.
