Finding happiness in your career isn't simply based upon how much you are paid or what you are doing to earn it. Happiness also comes with the belief that what you are doing matters and will result in something good. Unfortunately the equation that combines all of those goals is difficult to configure and doesn't always come with a simple and finite answer.
