Chicago Tribune - 3/15/2018 - Cathy Cunningham - My column last month titled, “Is there any way to stop spam phone calls that look local?” included a tip from FCC spokesman Will Wiquist, who advised consumers to never reply “yes” to an inquiry from an unknown caller.
