Disney to acquire 21st Century Fox, after business spinoff, for $52.4B

ABC News - 12/14/2017 - David Caplan - The Walt Disney Co. is acquiring most of 21st Century Fox Inc. for $52.4 billion in stock, Disney announced this morning.
